Bluewood Letting are an independent firm specialising in Residential Lettings and Property Management. As specialists we are fully focused on the priorities and needs of Landlords and Tenants, our aim is to let your property to high quality tenants as quickly as possible.

We offer a range of services from tenant introduction to full management offering a personal and professional service to landlords and tenants.

We conduct viewings from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm every weekday and weekend viewings – Saturday and Sunday 9:00 am to 7:00 pm. This makes us more accessible to working professional tenants who are too busy to take time off during the day to view and are therefore more likely to view with us at a time convenient to them. We also offer late night valuations if you are busy we are happy to see you in the evening or weekend.

Our Landlord clients each get a single point of contact. You will have a dedicated account manager, they will get to know you and your property and will be responsible for keeping you informed and deal with every issue that you have.
