We are a small agency specialising in a personal service. Myself and Hilary, who are the directors, as well as all the staff, have sold and bought properties ourselves, and are landlords ourselves. I find this makes a big difference in the way we manage and look after our clients’ properties. We also go through the same process as our clients do when they are selling or letting their properties. When our properties are empty we worry about paying the mortgage just like our clients do. We personally know what it feels like when a tenant does not respect your property; so particularly at check out we fight tooth and nail to ensure fair is fair and the tenants pay for any damage.

No doubt like you, we are selling and renting properties as long term investments, for our pensions, children’s university fees or a small deposit for their first home, etc. We personally know that selling a property is an important process in one’s life no matter what the reason. Also in the current climate there is not a lot of profit in the rental market, so when damage happens, it’s extra money that has to be found for the repairs.

Being members of the NALS, the Safe Agent and the Ombudsman’s scheme landlords and vendors can be assured that we conduct our business with our clients in a clear and open way and that we are adequately insured to cover all clients money that we hold.
