We offer a rent to buy service that will include us marketing your property 'For Sale' and 'To Let'. You will only be charged for the one that we achieve the first.

You will have your own dedicated account manager who will deal with all the sales and rentals. We will even give you trade prices on our sales fees.

Any agent can advertise and get you a tenant but what happens when things go wrong and then tenant doesnt pay? We treat your property like our own and we will deal with the situation, FREE. Our staff combined have over 40 years experience so whatever the problem we will have experienced it and resolved it.

SALES -

At BAW estates we offer a full property sales package at extremely competitive prices. We understand the current economic climate and reflect that in our fees. There are two options to choose from:

• Pay upfront fees with no hidden extras, advertising costs or percentage on completion.

• Pay a set fee on completion with our no sale, no fee package. If we don’t sell your house within 3 months of marketing, you can walk away free of charge at any point thereafter.
