They set up the Mill-Road based agency with a mission to provide best practice property lettings and management services to landlords, tenants and buy-to let investors in Cambridge and the surrounding area. With a proactive and experienced office-based team, and staff qualified in Residential Lettings and Property Management with the National Federation of Property Professionals (NFoPP), the Martin & Co Cambridge office is also registered with The Property Ombudsman for Lettings and uses the government-appointed Deposit Protection Service (DPS) for all tenant deposits.
