New View Residential is Cambridge’s first “not for profit” Residential Property Management and Letting Agency. We provide a full range of services to Landlords and Tenants, including property rental valuations (free & without obligation), property inventories, tenant referencing, deposit protection, tenancy agreements and lettings-related insurances for both landlords and tenants.

We understand the Cambridge property market and we pride ourselves on our quality of service and professionalism.

Like other Residential Letting and Property Management agents we aim to offer competitive prices to our clients while generating a healthy profit.

The difference is that we do this solely for the purpose of giving that profit away!

We work in partnership with our Landlords and our Tenants to generate income for good causes, thus making a real and direct contribution to our local community.

Supporting Charities
Our profits are divided equally between causes nominated by our employees and by our Landlords. Every year we provide Landlords and Tenants with a summary of our annual accounts, showing which good causes have benefited from our activities.How we Distribute our Profits
