Hello, we’re Kevin Moll and Henry Rowe. In 1988 we formed Kevin Henry (a lot of thought went into that name!) when there was a strong demand for houses in Saffron Walden. Many people wanted to move here but the property industry was a mess, with new national estate agent chains thinking they knew better than the local businesses. Some things never change!

In contrast, we have always been local people who know and love Saffron Walden. Another thing that homebuyers and sellers appreciated from the beginning was our unique ‘service guarantee’ – a clear statement of what they could expect from us, including details of exactly how we would sell their homes.
