We are an independent company specialising in letting and managing quality properties in Marske and the surrounding area. Based in Marske, we have substantial knowledge and experience of the residential lettings market and provide a full professional management service to property owners and landlords.
Residential letting and property management is a highly skilled business; It's very different from sales, we are not estate agents with lettings tagged on.
Because we specialise in lettings only we are fully focused on the priorities and needs of Landlords and Tenants, and, unlike estate agents, our loyalties are not divided by dealing with property sales and mortgages.
Our fees are very competitive and we understand that excellent customer service and regular, accurate communication is the key to a successful relationship between all parties. We do not charge VAT which again offers our clients a more attractive proposition.
