Seven Property Group

Seven Property Group is an independent property company based centrally in Ipswich and provides residential property rentals and management services throughout the county. Established in 1991 our extensive knowledge of the local market is based on a wealth of experience.

The seven Property Group has a specialised team, which looks at all aspects of property including portfolio management, property development and maintenance. Traditionally we maintained and rented our own properties and we are proud to state that some of our tenants are the same as those we had when we were first established in 1991.

In more recent years, and due to our excellent reputation, we have been approached by a number of land and property owners to maintain their property interests. As we continue to meet the high expectations of our clients we have not only maintained but also increased our client base.

A strong reason for our success is that we make no secret of carefully selecting our tenants and in return we aim to ensure that our properties are being maintained to a high standard to avoid any problems during the tenancy. We are extremely proud of the fact that we employ our own maintenance division. This ensures that maintenance issues are resolved quickly and efficiently without the need of third party contractors. We also undertake a rolling maintenance programme, thus maintaining a better quality of living and peace of mind for our tenants.

Most of our properties are located in Ipswich the County town of Suffolk and surrounding areas. Our broad range of properties, cater for individuals and family requirements, providing both Town & Country living.
