David & Company has been created to demonstrate a fresh approach to selling and renting houses in the villages surrounding our smart showroom, located on Pemberton's main shopping street, Ormskirk Road. Our business is based on sound principles of honesty, trustworthiness and excellent marketing; if we say we'll do something, we intend to make sure it's done; we intend to present properties in a way that outshines the people who compete with us. We want to engage with buyers and tenants, to arrange more viewings, and get the best price for your home - you can only do that through knowledge and sheer hard work.

Our other premise is to ensure that we get the basics right; honesty, clarity, transparency and regularity of communication are as important to us as they are to you. Media exposure needs to be second to none, and we surround ourselves with some of the best local property people. Everyone who works here has extensive industry and local knowledge - we wouldn't have it any other way.
