As we are all based in Guildford, your property can be looked after by someone who knows the area and the contractors and are people you can easily talk to without being passed around a far off head office!

Our team is experienced and National Federation of Property Professionals qualified. We are members of both ARLA and the The Property Ombudsman and use Client Money Protection (an ARLA scheme) and all deposits will be secured by My Deposits (a government regulated tenancy deposit protection scheme) for your peace of mind.
