We specialise in providing high quality furnished rooms in brand new houses for single working professionals, in Bristol, Cardiff, Cheltenham, Gloucester, Swindon and Taunton.

All rooms are fully furnished and are decorated in neutral colours, kitchens are fully equipped with all the mod cons you can think of…..bathrooms have power showers and some have separate showers as well. In all the houses, en-suite rooms are available, lounge areas will include digital TV and DVD.

The bedrooms are fully furnished with new contemporary furniture and all beds come with an orthopaedic mattress.

Rent is inclusive of: All bills – except phone bills
Regular cleaning for communal areas
Maintained garden areas
