We have a range of flexible management options available to our landlords and we can boast that in 2012 we have not got a single penny of rent outstanding from our whole managed property portfolio. We often let properties within only a few days of them being put up to advertise and always find high quality tenants that satisfy our strict referencing criteria. We welcome any property to the market but in particular are keen to speak to landlords with two bedroom apartments or three / four bedroom homes, as we have a long waiting list of potential tenants for these types of properties. We aim to provide excellent customer service to both our landlords and our tenants.
