Partners, Simon and Becky Perkins, had over 20 years experience in lettings and management with a large corporate company prior to setting up business in early 2004. Simon is a chartered surveyor with a degree in estate surveying and has not only let and managed property across Nottinghamshire, he has worked for several years dealing with investment property acquisitions for both small and national corporate investors. Becky Perkins has also ran a corporate City Centre Branch very successfully and was promoted to Area Manager, winning a national award for the top Area Manager, during her time spent in the corporate environment.
