Split into two divisions, furnished student accommodation close to Hull University and residential properties in all areas of Hull and East Riding. Our staff are trained in all aspects of property letting, therefore offering complete control over all the properties, which provides piece of mind to tenants and students looking for accommodation. We have two offices which are open full time. We have our own in house maintenance team, which enables us to deal swiftly with any repairs or problems that may arise. We are members of the scheme at Hull University and the Humber Landlords association.
