Smooth Moves is a dynamic independent Sales & Lettings agency and residential property management company based in Nottingham.

Our company originally evolved from a Relocation & Letting business Medics on the Move (Nottm) and recognising the need for a high quality service for our Professional clients we continued the profile, adding a Sales division to fully cater for the needs of our clients and investment landlords’ properties.

We are already established as a substantial entity with a significant amount of existing rental properties managed by ourselves around the City. As Smooth Moves we can provide the same if not better service to our Professional clients without the restrictions of a Franchise.

As management and lettings specialists we are fully focused on the priorities and needs of both landlords and tenants. Our Sales division offer comprehensive support throughout the cycle of the Sales process. We currently have a number of Investors looking for suitable properties attracting Professional tenants, which is our target market.

No hidden costs, no renewal fees – what we quote you now is what you pay. We make a point of not charging commission or a fee should the tenants remain in the premises after the initial fixed term (We are one of only a handful of Nottingham based lettings agencies offering this as standard practice). We also do not make a further charge to the tenants, except for a minimal charge if they require the creation of a new fixed term contract document.
