The Weymouth lettings team is headed by Philip Wakefield, who lives in the town and has extensive experience in property matters. A landlord himself he is well aware of the many potential pitfalls in property lettings and management.

Philip is backed by an experienced administration team and a dedicated locally based property management team whose sole aim is to look after landlords and their rental properties.

Mellisa is the backbone of the office with her finger on the pulse. She will deal with all property management issues, log problems to be dealt with and generally ensure the smooth running of the office.

Carl is our IT expert and is responsible for marketing, our email newsletter etc… He will also process all references, landlords and tenants enquiries and tenancy matters such as renewals, notices etc..

Angela is our lettings negotiator and deals with helping new landlords, organising the diary and arranging accompanied viewings.

All our staff will help with any enquiry you may have and you will not be passed from pillar to post when you ring in. If they don’t know the answer to a question they will find out and call back.
