About Us

Founded in 2009 our Directors have previously worked at Senior Level with some of the UK’s top Estate Agencies. Our office is located just off the High Street in the city centre and we are open Monday to Thursday 9am till 6pm and Fridays 9am till 6pm. At weekends we are available longer than any other agent in Chelmsford being open Saturday 9am till 4pm and then contactable by telephone on Sundays 9am till 6pm.

Our Team
Our Company Directors Steve Wiggins, Graham Hughes, Alec Watt and Lee Mann have over 85 years combined industry experience and have worked across the counties of Essex, Suffolk, Norfolk and Kent. Sara Woolnough has over 5 years experience in the industry and recently achieved the NFOPP Technical Award for the sale of Residential Property. The award is recognized by The National Association of Estate Agents of which Sara is now a member. Carole Reed and Helen Hughes complete the team and have over 10 years combined experience.
Marketing advice

We will conduct extensive market research and analysis before we visit you, including demand for your type of property and location, potential buyers, comparable properties that are sale and more importantly sold so that you will have all the information you need to make the right decision. We can then agree the right price and timescales to suit requirements and give you the very best advice on marketing.

Personalised Marketing Plan

Every home and customer is unique and that is why we provide tailored marketing plans to suit you and your property. We place great emphasis on our marketing and aim to offer the highest levels of presentation and photography possible. Our online marketing includes rightmove.co.uk and all the major property portals as well as our own website www.bondresidential.co.uk. Our sales brochures include full colour floor plans and you also have the option of a professional photographer if required.
Once marketing begins we will inform prospective buyers the same day using modern technology such as SMS text messaging, E-mail, social media with facebook and twitter. These methods are in addition to the tried and trusted method of picking up the phone and calling those buyers with the ability to meet your timescales.
When it comes to selling a home we believe clients expect the highest possible levels of marketing and service. You get what you pay for – Estate Agents with reduced fees will often mean reduced marketing, reduced levels of customer service and quite often a reduced sale price being achieved.

Progress Reports & Marketing Reviews

Our clients have online access to their own property file, enabling them to check progress on a daily basis the following areas – viewing feedback and website activity. All of this can be done from the comfort of their own home or office 24 hours a day and 365 days a year. Every month clients will receive a complete written report providing them with a complete overview of marketing activity, viewings and feedback and online statistics for that month. We will also arrange regular marketing reviews in your home and ensure photographs are always seasonally correct.

Sales Progression

Once a buyer has been found it is critical to ensure that matters proceed as swiftly as possible to a satisfactory completion date. We will use our years of experience and knowledge to guide you and your buyer through the process of sale to completion. We will liaise with solicitors and other agents involved in the transaction to help identify potential problems and help reduce time delays and the risk of the transaction failing. We understand that the way your sale is handled can be the difference between a sale completing or not.
