The History
‘Made in Norfolk’ would be an accurate description for myself Glen Hammond and the business hammondlee Residential Sales & Lettings, which over the past 6 years my team have set about becoming one of the leading independent estate agents in the East Dereham region, having achieved this we developed the business further in 2009 by incorporating a residential lettings department and in 2010 the opening of a second branch in the neighbouring town of Attleborough.

Our success and growth is based on a simple belief, ‘provide a service that we would be happy to receive ourselves’. Our belief comes from installing an ethos to work hard, act with honesty, be reliable and above all treat every home and customer with the upmost respect.
Over the past 17 years I have been fortunate enough to have worked in the property and financial industry with both local independent and national firms, which provided an unprecedented and invaluable education, enabling me to build an estate agency the right way, with approachable, positive and proactive staff who utilise the latest technology to present your home to the widest possible market in the most creative means available and to ensure that you, the customer, receive a service that we can be proud of, and one that you would certainly recommend to others.
