Fenland Estates was founded in 2006 with the aim of bringing professionalism and choice to the local residential lettings market.

We are licensed members of ARLA and members of The Property Ombudsman Scheme and the Association of Professional Inventory Providers.

We feel it is important that both landlords and tenants have access to the quality of advice and help that has not always been readily available. We are not an estate agent – we are experts in residential lettings. This allows us to concentrate on ensuring all our tenancies run as smoothly as possible without the worry of this week’s sales targets taking priority.

With offices in Wisbech and Long Sutton, we cover the whole of North Cambs and South Lincs , including Wisbech, March ,Long Sutton, Sutton Bridge, Holbeach and Kings Lynn.

To ensure we continue to offer the very best advice and service, all our staff are required to study for the National Federation of Property Professionals’ Technical Award in Residential Lettings and Property Management.

A large number of our properties come to us from landlords who are not happy with the standard of service being delivered by their current agent. We understand the problems and frustrations faced by landlords left to fend for themselves. We also understand that happy tenants make good tenants and that most problems can be avoided completely or minimised if dealt with immediately and efficiently.
