Established in 2003 Barons is a professional dedicated residential property letting company providing residential property management services to both landlords and tenants. The office is based in Stanpit, Christchurch and serves an area from New Milton in the East to Southbourne in the West and Bransgore in the North with the majority of our business in the Stanpit and Mudeford area.

Over the years our Christchurch based business has grown successfully and we have an ever growing base of properties that we manage in the area. This enables us to keep right up to date with market rents, tenant’s requirements and trends in the supply and demand of rental properties. One aspect that sets us apart is that we own and manage a number of our own properties as an integral part of our business. There’s nothing like being a landlord to know exactly what service a landlord requires!

Barons is independently owned by the working directors and we are highly committed to the mutual success of our business and our clients. We do not deal with the sale of properties and therefore concentrate solely on residential letting.
