About Move-It Properties...

We are a locally based firm located in Church Village. With several years expeience in the lettings industry we specialise in property matching and have an extensive list of tenants awaiting properties all over South Wales. We do not charge extortionate fees to tenants or landlords and no 'hidden extras!' except when it comes to the service we provide.
We advertise through local press, Rightmove, advertising boards and our website.

We rent properties throughout Wales and through these forms of media advertising we aim to rent properties fast!!!
We offer a 'Tenant Find' and also a 'Fully Managed' service to our landlords. We manage all maintenance and renovation works to properties as required.

For our tenants we charge very low fees, however, tenants will undergo full referencing and credit checks, to ensure they have been matched to the most suitable property, furthermore this provides additional peace of mind for our landlords.
