Avon Property is one of the oldest established Letting and Property Management Specialists in Wiltshire. We cover from Salisbury in the south, to Swindon in the north, to Warminster to the west and to Andover to the East. The company has been in the business since 1986 and is proud of it's well deserved reputation. We manage properties for many types of owner, from those that have bought for investment (buy-to-let), through to absent landlords (most of them being abroad), and we let them very successfully to a wide range of tenants including the Ministry of Defence.

Some landlords have been with us for over 12 years, and indeed, we also represent some landlords who, at one time, were tenants - which demonstrates landlord satisfaction. Our service also includes free advertising and free management during void periods and of course we also produce monthly and annual statements for tax purposes.
