Coastalhomes is owned and run by Carole & Martin Adshead. We are a dedicated Residential Letting Agency based in Rhyl, North Wales and concentrate on Residential Lettings and Property Management throughout Conwy, Denbighshire and West Flintshire. Because we are only focused on Lettings & Property Management all our staff’s attention is directed towards giving the best possible service to our Landlord and Tenant clients. We started out as Landlords ourselves many years ago and have the practical experience to enable us to give a service that many of our clients inform us is first class which is what we always endeavour to provide. We currently let and managed several million pounds worth of property across North Wales and work hard at providing the best possible value in the area across our various levels of service.
Qualification and Compliance
Martin Adshead, the principle partner of Coastalhomes, holds the Certificate Technical Award in Residential Letting and Property Management which is recognised by The Leading Lettings Associations as the “de facto” qualification for residential lettings. Coastalhomes also complies with The Leading Lettings Associations requirement of holding a separate client bank account to protect client’s funds. We protect all tenants’ deposit in a government approved secure bond scheme.
