Welcome to Angela Powell Lettings and Property Management, North Lincolnshire’s most respected independent letting agent.

Founded in 1992, our agency is very much the ‘landlord’s Lettings Agency’ – originally set up to manage our own residential property assets and that of fellow local landlords. All felt that other agencies did not meet the ongoing needs of property management and maintenance to protect their investments – property management is not just collecting rent.

From these beginnings we now manage a roster of hundreds of residential properties with a market value of over 20 million pounds, and have built a team of professionals who understand the needs of both tenant and landlord, in an increasingly complex and regulated marketplace.

Our catchment area covers Scunthorpe, Brigg, Barton, Market Rasen, Winterton, Kirton in Lindsey, Barrow and all outlying villages. We are based in purpose built facilities in Hibaldstow with ample parking.
