Gilyard Scarth Lettings Limited is a small family run company established in 1997. Our office is based in Mere, Wiltshire and we have associated offices in Shaftesbury, Gillingham and Sherborne.

We have an exceptionally experienced and knowledgeable team, all of whom are ARLA* trained and qualified. Our commitment and expertise ensures landlords are given the best advice on all areas of letting - including property valuation, legal advice, deposit procedures, property maintenance and much more.
