The name Gobbitt & Kirby has been synonymous with Woodbridge since 1817, established as a family grocers at 20 Thoroughfare, Woodbridge. Although no longer in the same family, the standard of service set by the old firm still exists today. Staunchly independent, Gobbitt & Kirby are going from strength to strength.

In our offices you will find mature experienced and friendly staff who are extremely knowledgeable about Woodbridge and the local area.

People are attracted to East Suffolk because of the good quality of life it offers; the lack of traffic, low pollution, its unspoilt countryside, the low crime rate and the excellent schools. It is also becoming increasingly accessible with the improvement in rail links to London (Liverpool Street) whilst managing to retain its old world charm.
