. Comprehensive inventories, prepared by an independent third party, are included FREE of charge within our full property management service. Independently prepared inventories are recommended to provide the best evidence in the case of a dilapidations dispute at the end of a tenancy.

. Regular property inspections are carried out on fully managed properties. Landlords receive an update on the property condition following inspection.

. Issues with properties are dealt with promptly. We instruct qualified or appropriately experienced independent contractors to carry out all repairs and maintenance.
