Clive Watkin Partnership is a leading Independent Wirral and North Liverpool firm of estate agents covering all aspects of property sales, lettings and management. We have a dedicated Commercial and Survey Department to complement the sales organisation. The firm is owned/managed by nine of the most experienced estate agents working in the North West today.

There are two Heswall offices. 30 Pensby Road is the base for residential sales and under the direction of Chris Starkie MRICS and our Chairman and Consultant Clive Watkin MRICS. The Commercial and Survey Department is based at 1 Rocky Lane, Heswall, directed by Malcolm Pembridge FRICS, assisted by Stephen A Fletcher MRICS.

The Lettings Department is operated by Tim Lever MARLA and is based at 30 Pensby Road with a branch at our Prenton office.

Richard Holmes FNAEA is the resident Partner at the West Kirby office. Richard is a West Kirby resident and has been involved in property sales in the district for well over twenty years.

At Neston Ian Mellor FNAEA directs operations. Ian lives in Neston and his knowledge of the area is unquestionably second to none.

The North Liverpool office at Crosby is under the direction of Ian Jamson FNAEA. Ian has many years experience dealing with property sales in the North Liverpool districts and is a local resident.

The East Wirral offices at Prenton, Claughton, Bebington and Bromborough are directed by Chris Band FRICS and Nick Spencer FRICS assisted by Mark Heaton. Chris and Nick have been selling property across the Wirral since the early 1960s and their experience in residential and commercial sales is unrivalled.

Leisure facilities are well catered in all the districts covered by Clive Watkin Partnership including many world famous golf courses including Royal Birkdale Golf Course, Royal Liverpool Golf Course and Wallasey Golf Course. The Partnership has been appointed sole accommodation agent by the R&A for the Open Championship in 2006 at Royal Liverpool. Competitive yachting is a popular pastime on both sides of the Mersey and the Dee Estuary, whilst Rugby Union and Soccer fans are spoilt for choice.
