Michael Firmin gained ten years experience in the North London area with a corporate estate agent. From a junior position he climbed through the ranks to Area Sales Director level, controlling up to twelve branch offices. The decision to go it alone was taken in 1993 with the opening of 105 - 109 Green Lanes, Palmers Green, London, N13.

Sales Manager, Brian Cardozo, has over 15 years experience in the North London area. He joined Brien Firmin at it’s inception in 1993, and through his high standards of customer care has helped build a business based on recommendations from satisfied clients.

The Lettings Manager, Nicholas Sharp, joined 5 years ago and heads a dedicated team of management administrators. They have built a Lettings and Property Management department which now occupies it’s own offices and acts for over 150 Landlords in the British Isles and abroad.

The site at Palmers Green has traded as an estate agent for over 35 years and enjoys a prominent corner position on the main thoroughfare between Wood Green and the outer North London suburbs. Being adjacent to the border of the London Boroughs of Enfield and Haringey, Brien Firmin has long established, expert knowledge of all local areas covered by the London postcodes N13, N22, N4, N8, N11 and N18.

The opportunity to expand the business was taken in 2005 with the opening of 723 -725 Green Lanes, Winchmore Hill. This prominent double fronted office, also a long established estate agents site, serving the community for over 40 years, is situated on Winchmore Hill Broadway. The experienced staff deal with sales and lettings in a large area, not only in Winchmore Hill but also Palmers Green central, Southgate, Edmonton and Enfield.
