Sleaford and its surrounding villages is popular with Buy-to-Let investors due to its proximity to major routes. The A15 /A17 North /South , A52 East/ West and all coinciding with the A1. The M1 is also within relatively easy striking distance. Within an hours drive residents can reach Lincoln, Nottingham, Leicester and Peterborough. Commuters can also reach London within acceptable timescales.

The Grammar Schools and the Lincoln University draw people to Lincolnshire. Sleaford is very well served by its local senior schools which work together to provide an excellent variety of courses.
