Execulets

Execulets, which is now in its 12th year of business, is based in Woodthorpe on Thackeray’s Lane at the junction of Mansfield Road – an ideal location, just off the ring road with parking. The offices have a distinctive green frontage with ample window display areas and are clearly visible from busy Mansfield Road.

Execulets provide a service to landlords which is second to none and can tailor- make our service to meet landlords’ individual requirements, for example we can offer a full gardening and cleaning service and incorporate household bills into our usual management service. We are able to advise landlords on tenants needs in order to secure the very best tenants.

Execulets make every possible effort to match the right tenant to the right property. We listen to our tenants’ requirements and needs and will assist in any way to make the tenancy as successful as possible for both the landlord and the tenant.
