Ellis and Partners was established in May 1992 following a management buyout of the Bournemouth office of Bernard Thorpe and Partners. The practice is a multi-disciplinary surveying and property advice practice covering all areas from commercial agency, property management, project management to building surveying for commercial, private and public sector clients. The practice manages a diverse portfolio of commercial and residential property across the South Coast. Ellis and Partners provides a full range of support services to these property portfolios, including project management, rent assessment, preparation of leases and tenancy agreements, dilapidation notices and preparation of specification for refurbishment works with ongoing projects ranging from £200,000 to £4m.
