OUR THREE STEPS TO SELLING YOUR PROPERTY

Step 1 – On our first meeting we agree a market appraisal and selling price, which we all believe to be achievable. We get the best photos possible, record the best highlights of the property possible, ensure all our agents who accompany the viewings visit the property before viewings commence, advertise on our web sites, and generate viewings. We accompany all viewings and return all feedback to you within 24 hours.

If there hasn’t been an offer made in the first 3 months, we will move to Step 2.

Step 2 – We meet to discuss our progress in the first 3 months. If we haven’t received an offer it will be due to either the market being static, an unrealistic selling price or some changes needed to your property. We will agree the next course of action with you or we will stop marketing and terminate the agreement. If we can agree a positive course of action we will re-market after the changes have been made.

If there hasn’t been an offer made in the next 3 months, we will move to Step 3.

Step 3 – We will meet to discuss any further measures needed to sell your property. The agreement will be terminated if there is nothing further we can do for you. If we are to continue marketing you must feel that everything possible has been done by us to try and achieve the sale.

If you are happy to continue with us we will revert to Step 1 with a new market appraisal, some new photos, new marketing material and a new sole agency agreement.
