Welcome to lettings.

Our aim is to provide a service which is entirely dedicated to residential lettings. We are in a prominent high street position and can offer full management and let only facilities. All paperwork including inventories are taken care of and we undertake regular property checks and can complete any work/repairs needed by fully qualified reliable tradesmen including safety checks. References are required but we can also carry out credit check referencing.

Rent can be paid direct to yourselves or into your chosen account and a statement sent to you each month.

We would be happy to consider negotiating our fees for any landlords with multiple properties.
