Edward Mellor is a well established company, founded in 1985 by the eponymous Edward Mellor with his first office in Reddish, Stockport. Over the years we are proud to have become Stockport and Tameside’s leading property services company. Our growth and success has been underpinned by investment in technical innovation and investment in our people and services. Our longer opening hours and accompanied viewing services from our high street offices provides a more professional service on a more friendly level.

Better Coverage

Over the years we have developed the business so that it could become a single point of contact for all of our customer needs. Our core services continue to be the buying and selling of property, but we also cover the areas of renting and property management, property auctions, surveying and Home Information Packs, financial services and overseas property.

Better Estate Agents

In 2004 we opened our landmark HQ in the centre of Stockport to house all of our centralised functions and provide a statement that the business had developed from being a local Estate Agent to arguably the biggest Estate Agent in the area. We are, however, still proud of our heritage and remain one of the best, if not the best, Estate Agents in each locality we serve.
