With over ten years experience in the industry Andrea was previously working for a large Agency in London before returning to her roots and bringing her in depth knowledge and expertise of the industry to the North West and starting up Black Cat Properties (formerly TPS Lettings).

Having been trained by ARLA and qualified in both Basic and Advanced Legal Comprehension for Lettings Agents, Andrea will endeavour to match your property requirements and deliver a first class service throughout your whole moving process from finding your perfect property to ensuring a smooth and stress free move.

Karen Bradshaw

With over five years experience in various sectors of the property industry, Karen can assist you in every aspect of your Lettings Experience, she will guide you through the process of your initial call and her job is to liaise between both the tenant and the landlord.

Karen will show you around your chosen properties, will guide you through the application process and is on hand to help you with any queries relating to the property and your application.
