Mike & Carol Barrett started the company in 1985 and since then have steered the business on a course which has seen the company grow and grow each year, not only in the amount of business but also in esteem. The whole family are involved – Matthew is the manager of the Rayleigh Lettings Office, Daniel is a Lettings Advisor at our Wickford office, Victoria works in the Management Office and Chris helps with all I.T. matters. Carol is in charge of the separate management department and Mike is in charge of the Wickford Office.
