M D Properties

MD Properties was established in 1992 when joint owners Robert & Diane Macfarlane set up two businesses. Initially they concentrated on being professional landlords, then later setting up the letting agency.

Their first purchases as landlords were in the Wednesbury area of the West Midlands. Robert says "The property crash around that time helped us get off the ground, prices were low but the demand from tenants was still good, even though renting was not so popular in those days. Robert and Diane quickly expanded their portfolio and now own several properties in the West Midlands and Stafford area.

The letting side of the business took off quickly, with landlords enjoying the personal service and attention to detail that perhaps you do not get from a larger company. In 2001 they moved to their current premises in Church Lane, Stafford. Diane says "with us taking on more staff at that time, it was sensible to move to more suitable premises in the town centre."

In January 2006 we further increased our office space by taking over the former offices of Ingram & Co in Church Lane.
