Founded in 2007, 1st Asset now Lets and manages over 250 properties. We have consistently achieved a year on year 98% client renewal rate thanks to the commitment of our staff. The most common source of new business over the last 4 years has been current landlords transferring extra properties over to us or recommending us.

• In 2010 1st Asset signed up 60 new properties a year solely through word of mouth and client referrals – 1st Asset did not advertise at all until 2011.
• We now manage over 250 properties and are forecast to double this year.
