Balfours, whose origins date back to 1825, was created through the merger of three Shropshire based chartered surveying practices and has a professional team of over sixty personnel. Whilst the core business remains rural estate management, Balfours provide a complete range of services for rural, commercial and residential property serving clients throughout the West Midlands, Wales and further afield.

Estate management has changed dramatically over recent years and our areas of expertise have adpated and now include, amongst others, project management, diversification, grant sourcing and telecommunications.

For residential properties we have a thriving sales team and our lettings department has expanded rapidly to become probably the largest in Shropshire. Our commercial department continues to grow together with an expanding team dedicated to diversification and development.
