BRACKETTS is the oldest firm of Chartered Surveyors in west Kent first established in 1828 with high profile offices in Tunbridge Wells and Tonbridge High Street. We are an independent practice with 6 chartered surveyors, one of whom is a Chartered Building Surveyor, and have a total staff of 25. We strive to provide all clients with totally impartial and professional advice and a personal service. Being long established, we probably have the most comprehensive knowledge and expertise of the general area and property values, having an extensive data base of current and historic values.

We are a multi-disciplined chartered surveying practice dealing with the sale and letting of all types of residential town and country properties through all price bands, and the agency of a huge range of commercial premises from both of our offices.

We have specialist departments for professional work normally undertaken by a general practice firm of chartered surveyors.

We have expanded our Land and New Homes profile in the area over the last few years having advised clients and handled the disposal of several major town centre sites, and have recently been involved in the sale of over 300 new homes and apartments acting for national and local house builders and developers.
