Dedicated to property management (we do not sell property) Antony Richards Property Services is the only agent in Penwith to be regulated by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), The National Approved Letting Scheme (NALS), The Dispute Service and the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers (CAAV).

We are not perfect hence why we strive to improve each day.

The company began trading in October 2001 and now manages over 300 properties mainly in Penzance, St Ives, Hayle and surrounding villages. We aim to be friendly yet professional and treat tenants and landlords with equal respect. Our belief is that happy tenants make for contented landlords.

The management team consists of company director - Antony Richards MRICS FAAV, property manager - Alan Richards and secretary Michele Cliff, all of whom were born and educated in Penzance allowing us to boast a wealth of local knowledge, experience and contacts. We are the agents that other agents turn to for management and advice.
