Formed originally in 1993, NCT Estate Agents are a family-owned and run local business which specialises in both property management and residential sales. The partners have sought to bring to the market a standard of service and professionalism which they would like themselves. The business has grown substantially over the years to become the town’s largest firm of estate agents, employing a team of 12 full and part time members of staff.
The company has sought to build a reputation for putting the client first, a principle which appears to be increasingly forgotten in the target-led corporate world. The vast majority of the team at NCT Estate Agents gained their experience in their specialist fields prior to joining the company and regularly keep up-to-date by attending external training courses.
The company is a member of the National Association of Estate Agents as well as the Government-backed National Approved Letting Scheme,
