Collier Property Management is a family run company who have been in the property business for over 30 years and have a wealth of experience in this field.

Our staff, fondly referred to as ‘Charlie’s Angels’, offer a professional, friendly service to tenants and landlords alike. We offer accommodation in the Middlesbrough area for students, professional people and DSS.

Over the last few years we have invested heavily in new management systems and staff training, enabling the team to offer high levels of service in all areas of the business.

Our shopping service for landlords is very popular, (we are all women and are happy to shop, even for houses!). Lindsay Thompson-Moore is particularly talented at this and has a following of happy landlords with properties purchased in the right areas, refurbished if required, tenanted and managed.
