Formerly with another flourishing independent company in the South West area, Robert felt the time was right to set up his own company in 1996. Since this time we have expanded year on year, growth in Lettings has been steady and the company now boasts an average 5/6 new property rentals per week.

Capital Lettors manage over 250 properties and introduces tenants to hundreds of Landlords. Our market research has proved a large percentage of our instructions has been through recommendations and repeat business. After the phenomenal success in Residential Lettings it was time to face a new challenge.

The company places great emphasis on property turnaround times, constantly setting targets and making plans to ensure these aims are achieved. We are now firmly established as one of Bromley’s premier letting agents.

After our success in lettings, came the sales market and land for redevelopment. We have been able to quickly establish ourselves due to having probably the best property investor register in the Bromley Borough and knowing the areas key developers on a personal basis.

We are a small company, which enables us to provide our clients with a one on one service and give their property or land the individual attention required.
