Total Lettings is an experienced, independent company specialising solely in the Letting and Management of Residential property within the Milton Keynes and Northampton Areas.

Established in 2003, the business has grown steadily, built on a first class reputation of solution focused and excellent customer service to both the landlord and the tenant.

Resetting industry standards, Total Lettings has revitalised many areas of letting - From paying the landlord’s rent within 24 hours of receipt, through to the latest digital camcorder inventory taken with the tenant at the point of “Check In”. We have found this essential in clarifying post tenancy deposit dispute claims from all parties.

Many agents offer an array of services including selling homes, selling overseas properties, arranging mortgages etc whilst their lettings department is a sideline, "add on" business – We don’t – We just specialise in Total Lettings.

The business is run by two Partners, both of which are ex Armed Forces who have built the business based on good, solid “people values”. Fairness to everybody is a key strength governed by strong professional morals.
