Medway Property Solutions has been set up and run by our MD who is a seasoned property investor and a landlord just like you.

Our MD was sick and tired of dealing with unprofessional letting agents who gave very little or poor service and no real value for money. Most if not all agents don’t really understand or see things from a landlords perspective, hence he decided to set up his own letting agency.

Medway Property Solutions was set up to manage his own continually expanding property portfolio, shortly afterwards many of his fellow landlords, friends and family started asking us to manage their own properties to the same high standards,

So as a company Medway Property Solutions now deals with both Private & LHA tenant lettings, property management & property maintenance. We manage and look after properties for first time landlords as well as manage entire portfolios for larger landlords and property companies.
