Tim and Sue opened Matthew’s of Chester 25 years ago when they spotted a gap in the market for an independent agency dedicated to helping people move rather than just selling houses. The company is run by husband and wife Sue and Tim Matthew, who use their combined skills and experience to ensure each sale is handled as smoothly as possible from instruction to completion.

They even assist in the purchase of their client’s next property where necessary. Tim uses his 26 years experience in valuing, and then together with Sue and the rest of their 12 office staff they oversee every other aspect of the service.
